abnocto bacchanalia !!!!!! at sol de la cuba!!!!
my most drunken night in new haven took place last night....6th May 2005......what started off as a fairly average and extremely worn out night (due to the sad events of the previous night...which need not be mentioned here) me and a school buddy...mario (the only guy in my studio who has a life and knows how to have fun)....decided to get out for a drink and some dinner...so we stepped into BAR first.....just to take solace from the bloody pathetic weather still looming over the city at times.....had a drink each and decided to go to a nearby cuban restaurant...newly opened...and as big as my living room!!!.....of course we were greeted by a cute mexican waitress who kept switching between latin and english ....i asked for a spicy pork dish and mario settled for prok chops....both of us ordered mojito (whiterum...mint leaves...lime...soda........sexxyyyy!!!).... so dinner was good and the latina was really nice...anyway.....the blunder began when i decided to pay for the dinner with my credit card...initially the waitress landed up adding the bill to my account rather than subtracting it......and then after that my credit card just wouldnt work.....so i finally had to pay by debit,,,dammit!!!...anyway.....so while we are waiting for all the jhol to be settled we arder mexiacn beers and continue to get drnk......in apology the owner comes out and serves us a complimentary beer each....so tipsy goes to high....and as we are getting done with the beers...he comes with three little glasses of sipping mexican rum......yummm.....so we go on....chasing rum with beers......after a while rum turns to scotch......yes.....and nothing but the best.....jhonnie walker green label!!!!!!!!!!!......hahhahah.......now whiskies are being chased by beer......and high turns to bloody hell drunk!!...everyone has left the place and the blinds are turned down.....hahhahaha...shit i just realized this is starting to sound gross....anyway...relax....its only conversation and drinks....and then we spot a girl from the arch school with some girlfriends and ask them to join the little party.....they come in and get a bit drunk....more conversation..more alcohol.....one of them cant stop talking about how she must have intelligent kids and so she has to marry an intelligent dick!!!////anyway...she compliments us ...about being hot!!!!.,,,hahahahhah......and leaves with some barely understandable message in my ear!!!1...hahahha...something about meeting again soon.....so the other two continue drinking with us and leave in abit too....so the boys continue drinking again.....until 4 30 am.....conversations range from elitist yalies...to ngo work in cuba and all over the world.....to smae sex marriage...(hottest topic since connecticut has recently become the second amercan state to legalize gay marriage).....anyway...after tons of alcohol in our body...we decide to leave...back into the cold windy streets of new haven to get back home...and of course...on the way back mario tell me that the owner of the restaurant was gay and thats probably why we got so many free drinks!!!!!,....hahahahha....well...what the hell.....who cares...as long as i got my fair share of alsohol enough for months.....so anyone who comes to visit me ...is gonna get treated at the SOL DE LA CUBA....cause u see,,....ab mayurbhai new haven ka bhai log ho gaya hai....hahahhahahha....cheers until my next adventure!!!
