CHIGAAAGOO!!!! Hi guys....im back from chicago......and it was one hell of a trip.....more than anything else i can say that I had the best food that ive had ever since i landed in America.....from swiss...to german...to italian....to the trademark chicago deep dish pizza or hotdog....and most of it was paid for by our cute old prof.....it was great.....and ofcourse..i saw farnsworth house....the mecca of modern architecture...and a ton of other mies buildings in chicago.....also visited the robie house...and frankly...i was pretty disappointed....in frank...heheh....we also saw the holy grail where mr. frank lloyd wright lived....that was kinda ok too.....but there is this school started by him in this little town in wisconsin....its called taliesen...that was just wild.....ill defi post photographs soon....it felt like being in a movie set......almost perfect......i mean how he frames and fits into the surrounding landscape.....in his typical prairie house style.....and coming back to farnsworth.....its really worth a visit......the scale is really different from the photos we have seen......anyway......so we all got drunk almost every other day....which was good....but one thing is for sure....when uve been to nyc......no city compares to it.....waiting for comments......will write more later...cheers...
